Data, purposes and legal basis. Browsing data (IP address, browser information and page requests) are processed to display and operate the website; contact details and the content of emails sent voluntarily are processed to respond to enquiries. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in making the website available and handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Browsing data are necessary to visit the site; sending an email is optional, but a reply requires contact details.

Recipients and transfers. Data are processed by Hostinger for hosting, email providers for correspondence and Google for Google Fonts. For any transfers outside the EEA, Hostinger provides for standard contractual clauses where there is no adequacy decision; transfers to Google LLC, a participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in the USA rely on the adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Other external websites open only by following their links and apply their own privacy notices.

Retention. Browsing data are retained for the time needed to provide the website and address any faults; emails are retained until the enquiry and any follow-up have been dealt with.

Rights. By contacting the controller, you may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR, where applicable: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Cookies. The website does not use cookies or other device storage tools.
